An honors graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was an editor of the law review and member of the moot court and mock trial teams, Kevin Gough has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia for over twenty years. He is a past President of the Brunswick-Glynn County Bar Association.

A former prosecutor, Kevin Gough is a past Vice President of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GACDL) and a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL). Although best known for aggressive defenses in a variety of high profile cases, Kevin Gough prefers to handle matters discreetly where circumstances allow.

Kevin Gough also handles virtually every kind of domestic case, including contempt actions, divorces, paternity and legitimation actions, temporary protective orders, restraining orders, and modification of alimony, child custody, child support and visitation. He has been a member of the Family Law Sections of the State Bar of Georgia and American Bar Association for more than fifteen years.

Kevin Gough also handles construction and other real estate related litigation, and serves as local or associate counsel in a wide variety of cases including commercial litigation, election litigation, medical malpractice, products liability and other personal injury cases.
